NRCA Chooses Mark Gaulin as President

Magco Head Takes Roofing Helm

Skokie, IL., February 2006 - Tecta America Corp., the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor, today announced that Mark Gaulin, President of  Magco, Inc., a Tecta America company, headquartered in  Baltimore, MD has been named President of the National Roofing Contractor's Association.

Dane Bradford, NRCA's immediate former president, announced Gaulin's position at the membership meeting during the 119th annual NRCA convention which was held Feb. 13 - 16, 2006, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

In his role as President, Gaulin will oversee the direction of NRCA activities and offer his leadership and guidance. The one-year appointment acknowledges Gaulin's leadership role in the industry and validates his long-time efforts in promoting roofing quality and craftsmanship. Gaulin has been a strong proponent in the use and application of green roofs industry-wide for both residential and commercial applications.

NRCA, established in 1886, is one of the nation's oldest trade associations and the voice of professional roofing contractors worldwide. With more than 4,600 members from all 50 states and 54 countries, NRCA is affiliated with 105 local, state, regional and international roofing contractor associations. The association includes roofing, roof deck, and waterproofing contractors; industry-related associate members, including manufacturers, distributors, architects, consultants, engineers, and city, state, and government agencies as well as international members.
